[F132(1)Section 20C of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985 (limitation of service charges: costs of proceedings) is amended as follows.E+W
(2)In subsection (1) after “a court” insert “ , residential property tribunal ”.
(3)In subsection (2) after paragraph (a) insert—
“(aa)in the case of proceedings before a residential property tribunal, to a leasehold valuation tribunal;”.]
