20(1)A committee or sub-committee may include persons who are not members of Natural England.E+W
(2)Natural England may pay such remuneration and allowances as the Secretary of State may determine to any person who—
(a)is a member of a committee or sub-committee, but
(b)is not a member or employee of Natural England.
