Education and Inspections Act 2006, Paragraph 69 is up to date with all changes known to be in force on or before 01 March 2025. There are changes that may be brought into force at a future date. Changes that have been made appear in the content and are referenced with annotations.
69(1)Schedule 1 to the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (public authorities) is amended as follows.E+W
(2)In Part 1—
(a)at the end of paragraph 1 insert “ other than the Office for Standards in Education, Children's Services and Skills ”, and
(b)after that paragraph insert—
“1AThe Office for Standards in Education, Children's Services and Skills, in respect of information held for purposes other than those of the functions exercisable by Her Majesty's Chief Inspector of Education, Children's Services and Skills by virtue of section 5(1)(a)(iii) of the Care Standards Act 2000.”
(3)In Part 6 omit the entry relating to the Adult Learning Inspectorate.
