5E+WRegulations may make provision—
(a)for the making of objections or comments in relation to the proposals within a prescribed period to the relevant authority, and
(b)requiring the relevant authority, in any case where proposals are [F1to be considered by the Secretary of State or] the adjudicator, to forward to [F2the Secretary of State or (as the case may be)] the adjudicator objections or comments made in relation to the proposals in accordance with the regulations.
