81(1)Paragraph 1 of Schedule 13 to the Education and Inspections Act 2006 (interaction with other authorities) is amended as follows.E+W
(2)In sub-paragraph (2)—
(a)omit paragraph (f), and
(b)for paragraph (g) substitute—
“(g)the Care Quality Commission, and”.
(3)In sub-paragraph (3)(f), for “(2)(f) to (h)” substitute “ (2)(g) and (h) ”.
