Housing and Regeneration Act 2008, Paragraph 19 is up to date with all changes known to be in force on or before 09 March 2025. There are changes that may be brought into force at a future date. Changes that have been made appear in the content and are referenced with annotations.
19(1)Part 2 of Schedule 1 to the House of Commons Disqualification Act 1975 (bodies of which all members are disqualified) is amended as follows.E+W
(2)Insert at the appropriate place— “ The Homes and Communities Agency. ”
(3)Omit the entries relating to—
(a)the Commission for the New Towns, and
(b)the Urban Regeneration Agency.
