There are currently no known outstanding effects for the Police Reform and Social Responsibility Act 2011, Paragraph 375.
375E+WIn section 23 (duty of public authorities to secure involvement), in subsection (2), for paragraph (j) substitute—
“(j)the Common Council of the City of London in its capacity as a police authority;”.
