9E+W+SIn section 105 (general restriction on disclosure of information) in subsection (3) (circumstances in which the restriction does not apply to a disclosure) after paragraph (a) insert—
“(ab)it is required by a notice under section 103B of this Act or is permitted by subsection (6) of that section;”.
