6(1)The [F1CMA] may by notice require a person to produce to it the documents specified or otherwise identified in the notice.E+W
(2)The power to require the production of a document is a power to require its production—
(a)at the time and place specified in the notice, and
(b)in a legible form.
(3)The [F2CMA] may take copies of a document produced to it under this paragraph.
