149(1)Section 222 (arrangements relating to local care services) is amended as follows.E+W
(2)In subsection (3)—
(a)after paragraph (c) insert “or
(ca)a clinical commissioning group.”,
(b)omit paragraph (d), and
(c)omit paragraph (e) and the preceding “or”.
(3)After that subsection insert—
“(3A)The arrangements must not be made with the National Health Service Commissioning Board.”
