There are currently no known outstanding effects for the Crime and Courts Act 2013, Paragraph 37.
37(1)Section 377 (code of practice of Secretary of State etc) is amended in accordance with this paragraph.U.K.

(3)In subsection (5), for “(e)” substitute “ (f) ”.
