11E+WThe Common Council.
NOTE: This Act applies to the Common Council only to the extent that it exercises functions in relation to—
the collection fund of the Common Council,
the City Fund, or
a pension fund maintained and administered by the Common Council under regulations under section 1 of the Public Service Pensions Act 2013.
