5(1)Section 3 (disqualification for persistent breaches of companies legislation) is amended as follows.U.K.
(2)After subsection (3) insert—
“(3A)In this section “company” includes overseas company.”
(3)In subsection (4)—
(a)after “means” insert “—

(b)after “committed” insert “, or
(b)in relation to an overseas company not falling within paragraph (a), the High Court or, in Scotland, the Court of Session.”
