152E+WIn Part 3 of Schedule 1 to the Civil Contingencies Act 2004 (category 2 responders: transport), in paragraph 28—
(a)the existing provision becomes sub-paragraph (1);
(b)after sub-paragraph (1) insert—
“(2)A strategic highways company for the time being appointed under Part 1 of the Infrastructure Act 2015.”
