21(1)Section 55 (extinguishment of liability to maintain or improve bridges comprised in trunk roads and special roads) is amended as follows.E+W

(a)for the first “Minister” substitute “ trunk road authority ”;
(b)for the second “Minister” substitute “ authority ”.
