24U.K.In section 34 (providers of information society services), in subsection (2)(a)—
(a)omit the word “and” at the end of sub-paragraph (i);
(b)after that sub-paragraph insert—
“(ia)in the case of an order in Scotland, serious crime in Scotland;”.
