There are currently no known outstanding effects for the Children and Social Work Act 2017, Section 67.
(1)Regulations under this Act are to be made by statutory instrument.
(2)Regulations under this Act may make—
(a)consequential, supplementary, incidental, transitional or saving provision;
(b)different provision for different purposes.
(3)This section does not apply to regulations under section 70.
