There are currently no known outstanding effects for the Levelling-up and Regeneration Act 2023, Paragraph 107.
107In section 252(12) (procedure for making orders), in the definition of “local authority”, after “section 103 of that Act,” insert “a combined county authority established under section 9(1) of the Levelling-up and Regeneration Act 2023,”.
