There are currently no known outstanding effects for the Levelling-up and Regeneration Act 2023, Paragraph 151.
151In section 33(1) (local authorities for the purposes of Chapter 1 of Part 2), after paragraph (jc) insert—
“(jd)a combined county authority established under section 9(1) of the Levelling-up and Regeneration Act 2023;”.
