99In Schedule 1 (tenancies which cannot be assured tenancies), in paragraph 12(2), after paragraph (fb) (and before the “and” at the end of that paragraph) insert—
“(fc)a combined county authority established under section 9(1) of the Levelling-up and Regeneration Act 2023;”.
