32In regulation 16(3) of the Waste (England and Wales) Regulations 2011 (general interpretation: meaning of planning authority), for sub-paragraph (b) substitute—
“(ba)a local planning authority or minerals and waste planning authority for the purposes of Part 2 of the 2004 Act;”.
