4In paragraph 12(aj) of Schedule 2 to the Armed Forces Act 2006 (road traffic offences in respect of which service police must be notified of possible corresponding service offence)—
(a)for “or 22A” substitute “, 3D, 22A or 22B”;
(b)after “drugs,” insert “causing death, or serious injury, by use of automated vehicle in dangerous state,”;
(c)after “road-users” insert “, causing danger to road-users resulting in death or serious injury”.
