2. In paragraph 6 of the First Schedule to the Protection of Animals (Anaesthetics) Act 1954(1) (which specifies the ages before which the castration of certain male animals may be carried out without the use of an anaesthetic) for the words “3 months” appearing opposite the word “bull” there shall be substituted the words “2 months”.
Paragraph 6 of the First Schedule was amended by section 1(3) of the Protection of Animals (Anaesthetics) Act 1964 (c. 39).
