2. Section 13 of the Salmon and Freshwater Fisheries (Protection) (Scotland) Act 1951(1)(extent of the weekly close time and the period within which rod and line fishing is permitted) shall be amended by substituting for sub-sections (2) and (3) thereof the following sub-sections:—
“(2) No person shall fish for or take salmon (except during Friday, Saturday or Monday by rod and line) during the weekly close time.
(3) The weekly close time shall extend from the hour of six in the evening on Friday to the hour of six on the following Monday morning.”.
