Amendment of regulation 6 of the General Regulations
5. In regulation 6(e) of the General Regulations (persons not treated as engaged in remunerative work) after the word “applies” there shall be inserted the words “or in respect of whom section 20(3) of the Act (conditions of entitlement to income support) has effect as modified by section 23A(b) of the Act(1) (effect of return to work)”.

Section 23A was added by the Social Security Act 1988, Schedule 4. paragraph 25.
