2.—(1) The Road Traffic Act 1988(1) shall be amended as provided in Schedule 1 to these Regulations.
(2) The Road Traffic Offenders Act 1988(2) shall be amended as provided in Schedule 2 to these Regulations.
(3) The Road Traffic (Driver Licensing and Information Systems) Act 1989(3) shall be amended as provided in Schedule 3 to these Regulations.
(4) The Criminal Justice Act 1972(4) and the Powers of Criminal Courts Act 1973(5) shall be amended as provided in Schedule 4 to these Regulations.
