Application of section 117 of the 1988 Act
13. Section 117 of the 1988 Act (rates and precepts: abolition) shall not have effect in relation to the power of any body to have its expenses paid by a charging authority conferred by any of the following orders—
(a)the Local Government Reorganisation (Debt Administration) (Greater Man-chester) Order 1986(1),
(b)the Local Government Reorganisation (Debt Administration) (Merseyside) Order 1988(2),
(c)the Local Government Reorganisation (Debt Administration) (South York-shire) Order 1986(3),
(d)the Local Government Reorganisation (Debt Administration) (Tyne and Wear) Order 1986(4),
(e)the Local Government Reorganisation (Debt Administration) (West Midlands) Order 1986(5),
(f)the Local Government Reorganisation (Debt Administration) (West Yorkshire) Order 1986(6).
