Disapplication of enactments
27. Nothing in section 47(2) of the Agricultural Marketing Act 1958(1) or section 23 of the Agricultural Marketing Act (Northern Ireland) 1964(2) (which restrict the disclosure of certain information obtained under those Acts) shall restrict or apply to the disclosure of any information if, and in so far as, the disclosure is required or authorised by these Regulations, the Community legislation or an agreement under regulation 25(2) or 26(1).
