Prospective
3. In regulation 8 of the General Regulations (persons not required to be available for employment)—
(a)in paragraph (2) the words “other than paragraph 5” shall be omitted; and in sub-paragraph (a) for the words “regulation 8 of the Social Security (Adjudication) Regulations 1986 (medical references)” there shall be substituted the words “section 115A of the Social Security Act 1975 (power of adjudicating authorities to refer matters to experts)(1)”;
(b)in paragraph (3) after the words “other than one to whom” there shall be inserted the words “paragraph (2) or”.
