Commencement of provisions

2.  The following provisions of the Act shall come into force on 1st October 1992:—

(a) in section 110, subsections (1) and (4);

(b) in Schedule 11, paragraphs 31(b), 37 and 38 (a) and (c);

(c) in Schedule 13, paragraphs 36, 38 (insofar as it concerns section 110A of the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973(1)), 43, 49 and 75; and

(d) in Schedule 14, the repeals listed in the Schedule to this Order.
