4. Any dog in respect of which an offence is being committed against this Order may be seized and treated as a stray dog under section 3 of the Dogs Act 1906(1) or under section 149 of the Environmental Protection Act 1990.
1906 c. 32; section 3 was amended by the Decimal Currency Act 1969 (c. 19), section 10(1), the Environmental Protection Act 1990 (c. 43), section 162(1), Schedule 15, paragraph 3, the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 (c. 54), section 156(1), Schedule 9, paragraph 20(a) and the Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982 (c. 45), section 128(2)(a). There are other amendments not relevant to this Order.
