2.—(1) The provisions of the 1992 Act specified in column 1 of Schedule 1 to this Order (which relate to the matters mentioned in column 2 of the Schedule) shall come into force for the purposes specified in column 3 of the Schedule on 28 April 1993.
(2) The provisions of the 1992 Act specified in column 1 of Schedule 2 to this Order (which relate to the matters mentioned in column 2 of the Schedule) shall come into force on 28 April 1993 for all remaining purposes(1).
(3) The provisions of the 1992 Act specified in column 1 of Schedule 3 to this Order (which relate to the matters mentioned in column 2 of the Schedule) shall come into force generally on 28 April 1993.
The provisions were brought into force partially by S.I. 1993/16 (c.1).
