Provisions coming into force on 1st April 1993
2. The following provisions of the Local Government Finance Act 1992 shall come into force on 1st April 1993—
(a)paragraphs 1, 27, 28 and 94 of Schedule 13; and
(b)so much of Schedule 14 as relates to the Local Government Finance and Valuation Act 1991(1).
