Increase in children’s limit
2. The sum mentioned in section 21(1)(c)(ii) of the Judicial Pensions Act 1981 (which excludes from the definition of “period of childhood and full-time education” a person over 16 who is undergoing training if the emoluments payable by his employer are more than the said sum) is hereby increased from £1,614 to £1,672.
