Enforcement register
22.—(1) Section 87A(1) (register of enforcement and stop notices) shall have effect in relation to hazardous substances contravention notices, subject to the modifications set out in Part 3 of Schedule 4.
(2) The provisions of section 87A, as modified in accordance with paragraph (1), are set out in Part 5 of Schedule 4.

Section 87A was inserted by the Local Government and Planning (Scotland) Act 1982, sections 44 and 69(2) and amended by the Planning and Compensation Act 1991, Schedule 13, paragraph 22.
