The Criminal Justice Act 1988 (Reviews of Sentencing) Order 1994

2.  Part IV of the Criminal Justice Act 1988 (reviews of sentencing) shall apply to any case in which sentence is passed on a person for any of the following offences:

(i) offences under section 14 or section 15 of the Sexual Offences Act 1956(1) (indecent assault on a woman or on a man);

(ii) offences under section 16 of the Offences against the Person Act 1861(2) (threats to kill);

(iii) offences under section 1 of the Children and Young Persons Act 1933(3) (cruelty to persons under 16);

(iv) attempting to commit, or inciting the commission of, any of the offences described above.
