Amendment of regulation 66 of the Income Support Regulations

5.  In regulation 66(1) of the Income Support Regulations (certain amounts to be disregarded in respect of students' income)—

(a) for the words “other than grant income and covenant income” there shall be substituted the words “other than grant income, covenant income and loans treated as income in accordance with regulation 66A”(1);

(b) after the words “sums disregarded under regulation 62(2)” there shall be inserted the words “and (2A)”(2).
