2.  For the purposes of section 31(3) of the Gaming Act 1968 (which provides that the charge for playing a game once by means of a machine to which Part III of that Act applies on licensed or registered premises shall not exceed 5p or such other sum as may be specified in an Order made for the purposes of that subsection) there shall be specified the sum of 25p(1).

The sum currently specified for the purposes of section 31(3) is, by virtue of S.I. 1985/641, 20p.
