2. Sections 56 to 59 (evidence by children in criminal trials) of the Law Reform (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Scotland) Act 1990 shall, in so far as they are not then in force(1), come into force on 3rd April 1995.
Sections 56 to 59 were commenced by S.I. 1991/2151 with effect from 30 September 1991 only for proceedings in certain sittings of the High Court of Justiciary and in certain sheriff courts.
