Application of Arbitration Act 1950(1)

32.  The following provisions of the Arbitration Act 1950 shall apply to all proceedings as they apply to an arbitration—

(a) section 12 (conduct of proceeedings, witnesses etc.);

(b) section 14 (interim awards);

(c) section 17 (power to correct slips);

(d) section 18(5) (application of section 73 of the Solicitors Act 1974(2));

(e) section 19A(3) (power of arbitrator to award interest);

(f) section 20 (interest on awards), subject to any enactment that prescribes a rate of interest.
