32. The following provisions of the Arbitration Act 1950 shall apply to all proceedings as they apply to an arbitration—
(a)section 12 (conduct of proceeedings, witnesses etc.);
(b)section 14 (interim awards);
(c)section 17 (power to correct slips);
(d)section 18(5) (application of section 73 of the Solicitors Act 1974(2));
(e)section 19A(3) (power of arbitrator to award interest);
(f)section 20 (interest on awards), subject to any enactment that prescribes a rate of interest.
section 19A was inserted by the Administration of Justice Act 1982, Schedule 1, Part IV.
