3. In section 22(2) of the Betting and Gaming Duties Act 1981(1) for “£8” there shall be substituted “£10”.

Section 22(2) was substituted by section 8(1) of, and paragraph 3(2) of Schedule 5 to the Finance Act 1985 (c. 54) and amended by section 14 of, and paragraph 3(2) of Schedule 3 to the Finance Act 1995 (c. 4) and by article 4(1) of the Betting and Gaming Duties Act 1981 (Monetary Amounts) Order 1995 (S.I. 1995/2374).
