Amendment of section 247
8. In section 247(6) of the 1985 Act (calculation of number of employees to determine whether company small or medium-sized)(1) for “weekly” substitute “monthly”.

Section 247 was substituted by section 13(1) of the Companies Act 1989 and amended by regulation 5 of S.I. 1992/2452.
