31. In section 167 (power of arrest for constable in Scotland)(1), in paragraph (a) after the word “licence” where it occurs for the second time there shall be inserted “or, as the case may be, his Community licence within the meaning of that Part and its counterpart (if any)”.

Amended by the 1990 Regulations. Section 51 was amended by paragraph 16(3) of Schedule 3 to the Road Traffic (Consequential Provisions) Act 1988 (c. 54) and by section 47(1) of the 1991 Act.
