Appointed Day
2. The day appointed for the coming into force —
(a)of paragraphs 2, 12 and 14 of Schedule 2 to the Jobseekers Act 1995, and section 41(4) of that Act in so far as it relates to those paragraphs, is 2nd September 1996;
(b)of all other provisions of the Jobseekers Act 1995 in so far as not already in force, is 7th October 1996.
