Licensing (Scotland) Act 1976
4. In section 1(7)(b) of the Licensing (Scotland) Act 1976(1) (procedure for election of members of licensing board), for the words “subsection (3) above”, substitute the words “section 46 of the Local Government etc. (Scotland) Act 1994”.
