4. In regulation 10 of the Claims and Payments Regulations(1) (claim for incapacity benefit or severe disablement allowance where no entitlement to statutory sick pay or statutory maternity pay)—
(a)in paragraph (2) sub-paragraph (b) shall be omitted; and
(b)in paragraph (4)—
(i)in sub-paragraph (a), for the words “one month” there shall be substituted the words “three months”; and
(ii)sub-paragraph (b) shall be omitted.
Relevant amending instrument is S.I. 1994/2943.
