2.—(1) In section 18 of the Gaming Act 1968(1) (gaming on Sundays)–
(a)in subsection (1), the words “In England and Wales”; and
(b)subsection (2),
are hereby repealed.
(2) Section 1(3) of the Gaming (Amendment) Act 1987 (which is spent in consequence of paragraph (1) above) is hereby repealed.
