2. Group 7 of Schedule 9 to the Value Added Tax Act 1994(1) shall be varied by inserting after paragraph (c) of item 1 of that Group—
“(ca)the register of osteopaths maintained in accordance with the provisions of the Osteopaths Act 1993(2);”.

Group 7 was amended by S.I. 1996/2949 and Schedule 4 to the Nurses, Midwives and Health Visitors Act 1997 (c. 24).
