Amendment of Regulation 4 of the principal Regulations
2.—(1) Regulation 4 of the principal Regulations (overseas visitors exempt from charges) shall be amended by–
(a)deleting paragraph (a)(iii);
(b)inserting at the end of paragraph (p) the word “; or”;
(c)inserting after paragraph (p) the following paragraph:–
“(q)who is pursuing a full time course of study.”.
