Employments
2.—(1) Section 1 of the Act shall apply to—
(a)persons employed in the National Criminal Intelligence Service (being employment which is remunerated out of the NCIS service fund(1)), and
(b)persons employed in the National Crime Squad (being employment which is remunerated out of the NCS service fund(2)).
(2) Employment in the National Criminal Intelligence Service and employment in the National Crime Squad are hereby added to the employments listed in Schedule 1 to the Act.
